NPR published Carín León’s Tiny Desk on May 16, 2025. Felix Contreras’s accompanying story describes a 16 member band joining the singer at the desk.
The set moves through “Ese Vato No Te Queda,” “Lado Frágil,” “El Amor de Mi Herida” and “Por la Suave.” Its credits bring together guitars, dobro, tololoche, keys, brass and drums. Listen for the instrument that answers each vocal line.
